    Kraftwagen

    until
2 to 4-player game of Kraftwagen from Stronghold Games, played on Tabletopia. Envoy Herald (GM): David Hu Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome In Germany in 1888, Bertha Benz, wife of auto pioneer Carl Benz, undertook the first cross-country drive in an automobile. While making the trek from Mannheim to Pforzheim, her car ran out of fuel in Wiesloch. Mrs. Benz stopped into the city drugstore to obtain the appropriate chemicals to make more fuel, effectively creating the world´s first gas station. By the year 1928, Germany possessed a dense road network where combustion engines had triumphed over electric and steam engines and where cars were produced via assembly lines. Manufacturers began producing more affordable vehicles for the broader population. In Kraftwagen, players advance the state of automobile development and production by playing as start-up companies. They must research new technologies and build improved chassis and engines. Early Grand Prix races provide the young companies with prestige and money, but the players must maintain a key balance of fulfilling the demand preferences of buyers at the lowest possible price. Kraftwagen: V6 Edition includes a new set of tiles, featuring the next technology available at the time, the V6 Engine. In order to join you will need to be logged into a free Tabletopia account. 2 to 4-player game of Imperial Settlers from Portal Games, played on Tabletop Simulator. Envoy Herald (GM): David Hu Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome Settlers from four major powers of the world have discovered new lands, with new resources and opportunities. Romans, Barbarians, Egyptians and Japanese all at once move there to expand the boundaries of their empires. They build new buildings to strengthen their economy, they found mines and fields to gather resources, and they build barracks and training grounds to train soldiers. Soon after they discover that this land is far too small for everybody, then the war begins... Imperial Settlers is a card game that lets players lead one of the four factions and build empires by placing buildings, then sending workers to those buildings to acquire new resources and abilities. The game is played over five rounds during which players take various actions in order to explore new lands, build buildings, trade resources, conquer enemies, and thus score victory points. Above and Below

    until
2 to 4-player game of Above and Below from Red Raven Games, played on Tabletop Simulator. Envoy Herald (GM): Jameson Johnson. Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome Above and Below is a mashup of town-building and storytelling where you and up to three friends compete to build the best village above and below ground. In the game, you send your villagers to perform jobs like exploring the cave, harvesting resources, and constructing houses. Each villager has unique skills and abilities, and you must decide how to best use them. You have your own personal village board, and you slide the villagers on this board to various areas to indicate that they've been given jobs to do. Will you send Hanna along on the expedition to the cave? Or should she instead spend her time teaching important skills to one of the young villagers? A great cavern lies below the surface, ready for you to explore-- this is where the storytelling comes in. When you send a group of villagers to explore the depths, one of your friends reads what happens to you from a book of paragraphs. You'll be given a choice of how to react, and a lot will depend on which villagers you brought on the expedition, and who you're willing to sacrifice to succeed. The book of paragraphs is packed with encounters of amazing adventure, randomly chosen each time you visit the cavern. At the end of the game, the player with the most well-developed village wins! A link to my discord sever for voice will be provided shortly before the event start time. The server name and password for the game room on Tabletop Simulator will be provided shortly before the event start time. * You must already own Tabletop Simulator from Steam and have it installed: https://store.steampowered.com/app/286160/Tabletop_Simulator/

    High Rise

    until
2 to 4-player game of High Rise from Formal Ferret Games, played on Tabletopia. Envoy Herald: Shayla Rucker. Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome High Rise is a strategic city-building game with a bit of corruption. You can get bonuses on your actions by gaining Corruption, but the game will periodically penalize the most corrupt players, and everyone loses VP for Corruption at the end of the game. You'll perform all your actions — like collecting resources, constructing buildings, and repaying favors — on a one-way track. Like other one-way track games, you can go as far as you'd like, but you'll only get another turn when everyone else passes you. You gain 1 VP per floor for each building you construct. Tenants offer powerful actions that change each game. You can collect a tenant power by landing on its space or constructing a building on its card. The round ends after everyone makes a lap around the one-way track. Players score bonus points for tallest buildings in each neighborhood and the game. You'll play 2 rounds in the Standard Game (about 90-120 minutes for 3-4 players) and 3 rounds (about 2.5 hours) in the Full game. After the appropriate number of rounds, players lose points for Corruption, and the player with most VP wins. A link to my discord sever for voice chat will be provided shortly before the event start time. A link to the game room on Tabletopia will be provided shortly before the event start time. * In order to join, you will need to be logged into a free Tabletopia account. 6-player game of Planet Unknown from Adam's Apple Games, played on Sovranti. Envoy Herald: Chris Cantos Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome Our planet has run out of resources, and we are forced to move. We have discovered a series of planets and sent our rovers to test their environment with the hope of colonization. Our rovers have confirmed 1-6 viable colonization options. Planet Unknown is a competitive game for 1-6 players where players build and develop the best planet to win! Each player has a goal of developing the best planet in Planet Unknown. Each round, each player will place one dual resourced tile on their planet, which is a polyomino shape. Each resource represents the infrastructure needed to support life on the planet. Every tile placement is important to cover your planet efficiently and also to build up your planet's engine. After placing the tile, players do two actions associated with the two infrastructure types on the tile. Be careful because some tile placements will trigger "meteors" that make all planets harder to develop and prevent it from scoring points in its row AND column. Planet Unknown innovates on the popular polyomino trend by allowing simultaneous yet strategic turn-based play via the Lazy S.U.S.A.N. space station in the center of the table. In order to join, you will need to download the Sovranti app (for Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android) from https://www.sovranti.com/install and create a free account. Prior knowledge of the Sovranti platform is not required. To join the game, open the Sovranti app, go to the Open Tables tab, and find the Planet Unknown table being hosted by GM-Chris C. High Rise
