The Coldest Night is a cooperative strategy card game where players feed fuel into a fire to keep it lit. Each card brings a certain amount of heat to the fire, and also requires the fire to be above a certain heat to burn it. With the fire constantly dying out, players must work together against the encroaching cold to sequence their cards so everything in the deck can be burned.

2 to 5-player game of Paper Tales from Stronghold Games, played on Tabletop Simulator. Envoy Herald (GM): Brian Moats
Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome
Experience two fantastical centuries of expansions and combat in Paper Tales. Remodel your assorted assembly of characters, units, and buildings in each period based on your developments and the age of your heroes. Write a new legend of the rightful ruler who brought unity to the rival kingdoms.
In more detail, Paper Tales is a simultaneous drafting card game. Each turn, players draft five units that they then recruit into their kingdom — assuming that they can pay. These choices determine the players ability to shine in battle, generate great income, construct dominant buildings, and earn legend points. There are only four hiring positions available during the four rounds of the play, but your units grow older with each turn until time takes them away.
Build a comprehensive strategy and adapt the shape of your realm according to opportunities and restrictions and you will make history!

Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome
Each player builds a stained glass window by building up a grid of dice on their player board. Each board has some restrictions on which color or shade (value) of die can be placed there. Dice of the same shade or color may never be placed next to each other. Dice are drafted in player order, with the start player rotating each round, snaking back around after the last player drafts two dice. Scoring is variable per game based on achieving various patterns and varieties of placement...as well as bonus points for dark shades of a particular hidden goal color.
Special tools can be used to help you break the rules by spending skill tokens; once a tool is used, it then requires more skill tokens for the other players to use them.
The highest scoring window artisan wins!

You're finally a king! All your dreams have been fulfilled. You sit content in your castle and look out over your wonderful kingdom. Green meadows, rolling fields, high mountains and clear rivers stretch as far as your eyes can see... but one thing is missing from your kingdom: citizens! So you announce the merits of the kingdom all over the country – in the rich cities, to the crazy gnomes in their workshops, to the dwarves in their deep mines, and also to the orcs, fairies and the sorcerer's apprentices.
But they aren't easily convinced; after all there are also other kings trying to win them over. That's why you need skill and luck with the dice to entice the best citizens to your kingdom. But watch out for scoundrels and dragons. Otherwise your thriving kingdom will soon be a wretched wasteland, and you'll have to watch as someone else is crowned King of the Dice.
      Make your kingdom thrive!
Step 1: Gain new citizens for your kingdom by fulfilling the various requirements on the cards with three rolls of the dice.
Step 2: Special cards provide you with benefits. But watch out for scoundrels and dragons.
Step 3: The player with the best citizens at the end wins the game!

6-12 player game of Pitchstorm from Skybound Games, played on Tabletop Simulator.
      Envoy Herald/Gamemaster: Brian Moats
Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome

Pitchstorm is a party card game that puts players in the position of unprepared writers pitching movie ideas to the world's worst executives.
During each round, one player acts as the executive, and everyone else attempts to pitch them movie ideas based on a character card and a plot card. At some point during each pitch, though, the executive may add a note card to the pitch and force the writer to add some really terrible new elements to their movie.
At the end of the pitches, the executive chooses which movie they liked the best, with that person scoring a point, then the game continues from there.
In groups of 6-12, players split into teams of two and must work with a partner to pitch their movie. This also means that there are two executives, and each of them gets to play a note card onto the pitch, leading to some pretty ridiculous movies.

6-player game of Planet Unknown from Adam's Apple Games, played on Sovranti. Envoy Herald: Chris Cantos
Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome
Our planet has run out of resources, and we are forced to move. We have discovered a series of planets and sent our rovers to test their environment with the hope of colonization. Our rovers have confirmed 1-6 viable colonization options. Planet Unknown is a competitive game for 1-6 players where players build and develop the best planet to win!
Each player has a goal of developing the best planet in Planet Unknown. Each round, each player will place one dual resourced tile on their planet, which is a polyomino shape. Each resource represents the infrastructure needed to support life on the planet. Every tile placement is important to cover your planet efficiently and also to build up your planet's engine. After placing the tile, players do two actions associated with the two infrastructure types on the tile. Be careful because some tile placements will trigger "meteors" that make all planets harder to develop and prevent it from scoring points in its row AND column.
Planet Unknown innovates on the popular polyomino trend by allowing simultaneous yet strategic turn-based play via the Lazy S.U.S.A.N. space station in the center of the table.

Wage war against opponents on a hexagonal board. Prepare your armies to face off on the battlefield and surprise your enemy with your choice of special abilities!
Monolith Arena is a fantasy battleground board game built around the base engine of Neuroshima Hex, which is also from designer Michał Oracz. The game includes four factions, with unique abilities and units. Players take turns placing tiles on the hexagonal play field, building offensive and defensive advantages, all of which are activated when the field is filled or when a player uses a "battle" order.
A new feature is the three-level "monolith" for each player, where the faction banner is set into the top level. The other two levels are secretly set with battlefield tokens chosen by the player at the outset, providing a strategic choice in setup that will play out during the tactical operations of the game. The monoliths mitigate the influence of the random tile draw that otherwise drives the game, giving players more choice and control.

From majestic Maples to ancestral Oaks, players nurture their trees aiming to thrive over the course of a year in a beautiful National Park.
In the spring, players carefully grow their trees, scoring as hikers enjoy traveling the trails in summer.
When autumn comes, leaves fall in the ever-changing direction of the wind, guided to cover the terrain and other players’ leaves. Points are awarded in winter for the most coverage of each region in the park.
Gain your ground in the park to be victorious in Bosk!
      Gameplay
Bosk is played over 4 seasons, 2 playing seasons, 2 scoring seasons -- each one unique!
      Spring
Players grow each of their 8 trees (numbered 1 through 4) on intersections of the grid lines on the park board.
      Summer
Hikers visit, travelling the trails. Players score points for having the highest (or second place) total value from trees in each row and column. 2 points for 1st, 1 for second.
      Autumn
The wind starts to blow and leaves fall. In turn, each player blows leaves from one of their trees. The wind board determines which tree (a 1 tree in the first round) and which direction the wind is blowing. Players choose a tile from their hand of tiles (2 through 8, and a squirrel) to determine how many leaves to blow from their tree. Leaves are placed in a meandering path in the direction of the wind, covering the various terrain squares. Players may cover other players leaves by returning 1 leaf to the supply for each leaf being covered. The squirrel can jump up to 3 spaces in the direction of the wind, cover any sized pile and can't be covered.
      Winter
Players score again, this time for having majority (or second place) based on coverage per each of the 8 regions on the board -- 5 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd. The highest scoring player is the winner!

With the driving of the golden spike in 1869, the first transcontinental railroad was completed in the United States — but really it was only the beginning of a rapid expansion of railways that would crisscross the entire country.
In Whistle Stop, you make your way west across the country, using your fledgling railroad company to build routes, pick up valuable cargo, and deliver needed goods to growing towns, creating a network of whistle stops that you and your competitors can leverage as you continue to expand your networks. Along the way, you gain shares in other railroads and watch your reputation soar with each successful delivery before making a final push to complete long hauls to the boom towns of the West.
This design is a new twist on pick-up-and-deliver games. As players move their trains west and pick up goods, they can deliver those goods to small towns to gain shares in railroads, or hold on to them for a bigger payout when they reach the west coast. At the same time, they try to optimize their actions (and gain extra ones), lay down new track tiles, block the other players, gather and use valuable whistles for special moves and abilities, and carefully manage their coal resources.

Using only their wits, a handful of sharp steel tools, and a few stacks of resources gathered at great risk from fields, brickyards, and even the dark and deadly Grimm Forest itself, each player must compete to be the first to build 3 Houses and gain the title of Royal Builder.
Players are encouraged to use any of the devious tricks they have read about in the many books of Fables found throughout the land. Some will have their plans wrecked by that villain of old, the Big Bad Wolf, while others will gain bricks, straw, and wood by the cart load.
Who will brave the dangers, avoid foul monsters, and bring home the victory? There is only one way to find out... get ready to venture into ...The Grimm Forest!

      ------------------------------------------------------
There’s gold in the Black Hills of South Dakota, and you’ve come to find (or steal) your share. You’re staying at one of the three major establishments in Deadwood where you and your associates are working together to steal some of the gold-filled safes floating around town. But you suspect that the “friends” you’re working with are secretly plotting to keep all the gold for themselves. Will you be ready to turn on them before they shoot you in the back?
In Deadwood 1876, you use cards from your hand to try to win Safes from other players. Safes contain Badges, Gold, or Showdown Guns. Near the end of the game, players with Badges get extra turns. After the final turn, the team with the most Gold will advance to the Final Showdown. There, teammates will have to fight each other to the death using Showdown Guns. The last person alive is the winner!
The game is a balance between teamwork and selfishness. If a player uses all of their best cards to hunt down Gold for their team, they’ll be defenseless to fight against their teammates if they go to the Final Showdown. But if a player only goes after Guns and saves all of their best cards, their team might not have enough Gold to actually reach the Final Showdown. If someone on your team doesn’t seem to be pulling their weight, they might be plotting to steal your gold after using you to get to the Finals! There may come a point where you need to gather Showdown Guns instead of Gold, or attack, mislead, frame, abandon, or banish your own teammates.
Deadwood 1876, volume 3 in the "Dark Cities" series from Facade Games, can have 2-9 players. Learn in 20 minutes, play in 20-40 minutes.

Move your knights, erect buildings, and go crusading to spread the influence of your Order. When the Orders get too strong, King Philip will become nervous and disband all Templar orders, ending the game.
Crusaders: Thy Will Be Done uses a combination of rondel and mancala mechanisms. Each player has their own rondel, which they can upgrade over the course of the game, that controls their action choices during the game. Your faction gives you a special power to control your rondel, and the buildings you erect will help you form a strategy.

Lost Ones is a map tile exploration game set in a "Choose Your Own Path" story. The player takes on the role of one of four available youths who have been kidnapped and taken to the Otherworld, home of the Fae. The game begins just as the player escapes captivity during a conflict between warring Fae factions and must now explore this magical realm of dreams to discover a way home. Besides solo play, there is a cooperative mode for up to 4 players.
The game is played over a set number of successive Phases, where the player can perform different actions:
Explore a new area by placing a map tile, moving there and reading the introduction of an encounter in the Story Book Perform an action in a story encounter Move to an adjacent map tile that has already been placed Activate Boon cards

When investigating a map tile, the character experiences a story encounter and may have to make choices on how to proceed. An encounter often requires a player to use one or more Ability cards from their Hand that matches the difficulty level of the encounter. Success could mean learning more valuable information, overcoming an obstacle or even gaining Boon cards that grant magical powers and mythical relics. Exploring this realm of dreams may result in experiencing a terrifying Bane, which will hinder progress and potentially lead to the character's doom.
The player must locate and find a way to open one of several Gateways to get home. This must be accomplished before running out of time, having an empty Hand or being caught by Fae sent to hunt the character. Careful use of resources, piecing together clues and acquiring special Boon cards are key to winning the game. Based on the choices made by the player, there are also a dozen different story endings with their own epilogues.

Four wanderers search for the Last Ruin, a city that legends say contains an artifact that will grant the greatest desires of the heart. A lost love, redemption, acceptance, a family rejoined-- these are the fires that fuel the wanderers' journeys, but can they overcome their own greed and inner demons on the way?
In Near and Far, you and up to three friends explore many different maps in a search for the Last Ruin, recruiting adventurers, hunting for treasure, and competing to be the most storied traveler. You must collect food and equipment at town for long journeys to mysterious locales, making sure not to forget enough weapons to fight off bandits, living statues, and rusty robots! Sometimes in your travels you'll run into something unique and one of your friends will read what happens to you from a book of stories, giving you a choice of how to react, creating a new and memorable tale each time you play.
Near and Far is a sequel to Above and Below and includes a book of encounters. This time players read over ten game sessions to reach the end of the story. Each chapter is played on a completely new map with unique art and adventures.
Answer the call of the ruins and begin your journey.

Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island is a game created by Ignacy Trzewiczek, the author of Stronghold. This time Trzewiczek takes the players to a deserted island, where they'll play the parts of shipwreck survivors confronted by an extraordinary adventure. They'll be faced with the challenges of building a shelter, finding food, fighting wild beasts, and protecting themselves from weather changes. Building walls around their homes, animal domestication, constructing weapons and tools from what they find and much more awaits them on the island. The players decide in which direction the game will unfold and – after several in-game weeks of hard work – how their settlement will look. Will they manage to discover the secret of the island in the meantime? Will they find a pirate treasure, or an abandoned village? Will they discover an underground city or a cursed temple at the bottom of a volcano? Answers to these questions lie in hundreds of event cards and hundreds of object and structure cards that can be used during the game...
Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island is an epic game from Portal. You will build a shelter, palisade, weapons, you will create tools like axes, knives, sacks, you will do everything you can to… to survive. You will have to find food, fight wild beasts, protect yourself from weather changes…
Take the role of one of four characters from the ship crew (cook, carpenter, explorer or soldier) and face the adventure. Use your determination skills to help your team mates, discuss with them your plan and put it into practice. Debate, discuss, and work on the best plan you all can make.
Search for treasures. Discover mysteries. Follow goals of six different, engaging scenarios. Start by building a big pile of wood and setting it on fire to call for help, and then start new adventures. Become an exorcist on cursed Island. Become a treasure hunter on Volcano Island. Become a rescue team for a young lady who’s stuck on rock island…
      Let the adventure live!

I will teach the game, but if you want to review a how to play video ahead of time, you can find it at: https://www.geniusgames.org/products/cytosis-a-cell-biology-game
The game can be found on Tabletopia at the following:

In order to join, you will need to be logged into a free Tabletopia account. Prior knowledge of Tabletopia is not required. If you would like a brief look at some helpful hints with Tabletopia, here is a YouTube Playlist to get you started.

5-player game of Big Easy Busking from Weird Giraffe Games, played on Tabletop Simulator. Envoy Herald: Brian Moats
Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome
Big Easy Busking is an area control game for 1-5 players about being the best street musician in New Orleans. The game is played over three days, where players choose which locations to play their set of songs. It takes time to play a song, so players decide on their next turn whether they're going to use all of their energy at the location or to only use some of it to save the rest for later songs. If a player matches the mood of the people with the song that they're playing, they can get bonus tips!
This is a PLAY-TO-WIN event. Two players who participate in any of the 18 events from March 1st through March 14th will WIN a physical copy of the game. Full details can be found here:

2 to 4-player game of Wizard Kittens from Magpie Games, played on Sovranti. Envoy Herald (GM): Shayla Rucker.
Level of Players Expected: Beginners Welcome
Wizard Kittens is a semi-cooperative set collection card game. Players are wizard kittens who have accidentally released a few curses from the library's restricted section. Now they must defeat the curses before they're caught by the librarian, Professor Whispurr.
Each turn plays quickly but offers interesting decisions, most often around which spell to use and how to use it. Spells allow kittens to draw extra cards, sling cards at other players, discard cards out of their own play areas, or trade any two cards in play. No player can use the same spell two turns in a row, either.
The game ends when either the last of the six curses is defeated, or when the Professor Whispurr card is drawn from the ritual component deck. If the kittens defeated the last curse, then they tally up points (including a secret objective Extra Credit card), and the highest score wins. If they are caught by Professor Whispurr, then the Cleanest Paws Clause applies. All kittens with 10 or more points lose, and from those who are left, the kitten with the fewest cards in their play area wins.
